I paid full price of £80. I thought I read I could get a discount but only just found the code to get 30 % off. You seem fair offering full refund. Please can you refund my 30% . I can’t believe it. I suffered from osgoods when I was a kid….. it lasted months if not years. My son Harry has followed the program. Painful at first. Tears during the rolling but stuck with it. He now makes it look easy but more important he is pain free a lot of the times. I don’t think he is completely cured but is still rolling stretching and strengthening and will continue to do so. Dubious at first but wow! Thanks guys….. forever grateful.

Not an easy program to follow for a teenager in the first weeks (it is time consuming and the foam rolling hurts) but you can quickly see results. My son is almost pain free and can resume all his sport activities so he (and we) are extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended!

My daughter age 12 was diagnosed with OS last year and was given PT but still had pain when doing the thing she loved like soccer and skiing. After completing the 7 week program she has been pretty much pain free. Sometimes when she trains hard running she will have just a little pain but recovers quickly after using the roller and resting and is able to practice or play a game the next day. As an older athlete 43 I never had OS but wanted to feel what she was going through so I started using the roller and the pain I had in my knees which I thought was from older injurys went away in less then two weeks helping me run faster and have increased flexibility. We look forward to completing the unstoppable program!'

We are on week 7 and generally my daughter pain is always at a zero now we started at a 7 Lets see what the advanced program does!

We were a little skeptical but desperate to find some relief for my son who plays basketball and constant knee pain. We were diligent with the rolling and following the videos. By week 2 there was a big improvement. We have been at it for over 7 weeks. On days where we can’t fit in all the exercises we roll stretch and activate glutes at a minimum. Not only has it helped his knee pain but has made his upper body stronger. Highly recommend this program for those who are serious about putting in some time to make their pain better and get back to playing the sport they love.

My 14 yrs old son had osgood we followed the program after 6 weeks he was pain free and was able to resume and go practice his favorite sport football.

Very impressed with the structure & the resources provided

Outstanding program! This year my 13 year old son started practicing at a soccer academy in the morning and then with his club in the afternoon. He started complaining about knee pain his performance decreased and he started missing more and more practice. After doing some research we identified the issue (Osgood) and found this program. At first I was a little skeptical but within a week of starting rolling (one of the first program steps) his knee pain had dropped significantly and he was back at practice. This was a big relief as I didnt know what do here. A couple of reasons the program has been so successful is the simplicity of the instruction and the ease of the program workbook. I was able to watch the weekly program videos with my son give him the workbook and he could complete. The basics are no more than 10 minutes per day which is important for 13 year old with an attention span of a squirrel. It was very doable without constant supervision. Importantly the program provides an understanding in language that a 13 year old can understand as to why it focuses on certain stretches and muscle building I certainly give the program a 5 star and I have even picked up the daily foam rolling personally!'

My daughters pain dropped significantly after 2 weeks in the program. By week 7 her pain was averaging mostly in the 1's and occasionally low 2's. She missed a lot of time with both kneea flaring up several months apart. She did traditional PT with the first knee and her results were much quicker and better with Core Advantage program. This program working. We are lucky to found it 1 month after my 11 year old son was diagnostic Osgood Schlatter. The starting was hard ..we take time to learn how to use the foam in the first weeks. Now we start week 6 . He has no pain since week 4. he back on ici and make full practice and games. My advise you need to take time no rush. we are on week 6 but we repeat (week 2 week 3 week 4 ) all 2 times and he stopped sport for the first 2 weeks of the program. Now he like doing foam because he feel better and he want to doing the 2nd program Unstoppable... Thank you very much for building this program.
