Mijn zoon is heel blij met het programma. Hij heeft veel minder pijn en als het even opkomt houdt het minder lang aan. Ook de fysiotherapeut is blij met het resultaat.

Highly recommend this program. My 10 yr old son was diagnosed with Osgood and told to stop his sports and do some general stretches. However he has too much energy and loves sports too much. After finding this program and finishing 7 weeks I would say my son’s Osgood diagnosis had turned out to be a blessing. He is now stronger and more athletic than he was previously.

My 13 year old son started feeling pain in his knees in September 2023 and we thought it was due to some on filed hits he incurred during games. The pain became quite intense especially after training and games. We visited our doctor and after an x-ray we were told he was suffering from the onset of Osgood Schlatter and all we could do was manage the pain with icing and dial back his training. We went to a physio therapist to do laser treatment but even after 10 sessions it did not help much at all. The pain got so bad after games and intense training that I had to give him Tylenol on two occasions for pain relief. I did not want to start giving him tylenol after every game so I search the internet for anything I could find to take a proactive approach and this is when I found the Core Advantage OS program. I was a little skeptical but after spending almost $500 on laser therapy with no avail I figured whats another $100US to try this program. Well! it was well worth the investment. At the peak my sons pain was a 7-8 based on the programs pain rating system. After 10 weeks my son is reporting 0-1 in pian and is back to his intense training and full game minutes. We are very pleased with the results and can see that my son is starting to play with full intensity and effort. I did not want to accept that pain management was the only option and waiting until my son completed his growth cycle so I searched and hunted for alternative options and I am glad I did. I have to believe that 100% of child athletes are regimented enough to follow the process and quitting their sport is not an option so if they are willing to follow this program they will be back to full training in 2 months. My son continues to repeat his week 7 exercises every week and has just completed his 10th week with next to no pian at all.'

Working in the industry as both an exercise physiologist and strength and conditioning coach means I’m extremely critical and particular about where I train and who my coaches are and I could not be happier training at Core Advantage. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and I have complete trust in all of them. I work with Patrick and he is always addressing all my concerns when it comes to my injuries and performance and have the results to show for it thanks to their testing at the end of each training block. I commute close to an hour to Core Advantage and not once thought it was an inconvenience!

Our experience at CA has been amazing! Our son was faced with recovering from an L5 back injury due to a very high sporting load. I came to core advantage in late 2022 with a high grade slipped disk in my lower back the staff were absolutely amazing and gave me a strict program to follow in the gym After working with the coaches and the physios for several months I can confidently say they got me back to playing a high level of footy again. I couldn’t rate core advantage any higher the equipment is top notch and the staff are completely professional and are sure to get you on the right track to reach your goals

I am a father of a 16 y.o. who plays running back for his local American football team. His position requires sudden and explosive move changes that we think exacerbated his OS. The pain he felt in his knee was severe enough that we took him to knee specialists. They all said that hell grow out of it. However after many months of rest and reengagement with mixed results we needed something specific to help him successfully rehab his knee. So we tried this program and so far it has been super successful! You have to do the program very meticulously and it takes the 7 weeks (no shortcuts) but it appears to be what we needed and should have done 6 months prior. Well wishes to CORE Advantage! My son could not get rid of his Osgood Schlatter and we could not afford private PT for him. This program has been a lifesaver! We hope he can resume playing soon.

Could go on for hours about how unbelievable the team at core advantage is. I am coming onto 2 years since my second acl after completing my rehab with Core I am the strongest fastest and most athletic I have ever been. I couldn’t recommend this place enough such a positive community to be apart of that I truly enjoy coming into the gym each day. After coming to Core Advantage I could never go anywhere else forever grateful for the team for helping get me to where I am now.

My 12 year old son suffers from OSD and was in a lot of pain. He had tried physio but had limited success. The workbook and scheduled exercises really helped though - but it is one of those things where consistency is important. He saw a huge improvement in the first couple of weeks and has a lot of skills to manage it. Weve just finished week 7 and I think he'll have to stick with it a while to get back to where he was and prevent or reduce reoccurrences.'
