My son could not get rid of his Osgood Schlatter and we could not afford private PT for him. This program has been a lifesaver! We hope he can resume playing soon.

I am a father of a 16 y.o. who plays running back for his local American football team. His position requires sudden and explosive move changes that we think exacerbated his OS. The pain he felt in his knee was severe enough that we took him to knee specialists. They all said that hell grow out of it. However after many months of rest and reengagement with mixed results we needed something specific to help him successfully rehab his knee. So we tried this program and so far it has been super successful! You have to do the program very meticulously and it takes the 7 weeks (no shortcuts) but it appears to be what we needed and should have done 6 months prior. Well wishes to CORE Advantage! Could go on for hours about how unbelievable the team at core advantage is. I am coming onto 2 years since my second acl after completing my rehab with Core I am the strongest fastest and most athletic I have ever been. I couldn’t recommend this place enough such a positive community to be apart of that I truly enjoy coming into the gym each day. My 12 year old son suffers from OSD and was in a lot of pain. He had tried physio but had limited success. The workbook and scheduled exercises really helped though - but it is one of those things where consistency is important. He saw a huge improvement in the first couple of weeks and has a lot of skills to manage it. Weve just finished week 7 and I think he'll have to stick with it a while to get back to where he was and prevent or reduce reoccurrences.'

Finally a program that focuses on the issue that focuses on treating this pain. I’m so glad I found it. I only wish I for us it earlier rather than going to PT. I’m an adult and the bump is slowly going down.

We are very pleased with how well the program is working for my 13yr old son. As many others say the foam rolling in the beginning was really tough to get through but knee pain decreased significantly almost right away. He was in PT but they werent doing anything that would help lengthen his quads which was the missing piece for him. We are working our way through the program and are optimistic that he will be able to play lacrosse this spring. Thank you so much!!!'

Simply Amazing results!! Nothing else worked.

I purchased this program to help my 15 year old son overcome the pain he has been having in both knees while playing lacrosse. At one point he could barely jog off the field. Once he started this program he quickly started having less pain and was able to return to play. Thanks for the great program the got my son back on the field again.
