My daughter is 14 years old she started with pain when she was 12 it was mild pain 6 months later she couldn’t even run she had to stop playing sports for a couple of months. She decided to go back to sports but it was painful only when she run. Finally we found this program actually the program found me i was in my Facebook page when this website appeared and decided to try it . I was a little concern cause i didn’t know if it was a safe website but i was so desperate to find something that could help my daughter that i decided to sign up. Its being 6 weeks and she is doing so much better and she finally enjoy running and playing volleyball and softball agaut.

The program is really good structured and following the instructions online is easy. However my son has not yet benn curied from his OSD. He has repeated several steps and have had only minor reduction in pain so far. He will continue to do the exercises and hopefully his pain will be reduced. I first stumbled onto this program as I was searching for something to help my son with this new diagnosis of osgood schlatters syndrome. Every where I search it was stated that he will have to suffer through the pain until he was finish with puberty. This was devastating for my son to hear as track season was soon to start and he loves this sport. This program stated it was a 100% guaranteed. I bought it for my son even though I thought nothing is 100%. However this program is absolutely 100% guarantee. By the 5th week my son was experiencing no pain while doing the exercises. On his first meet in the 100 meters he came in third place and his coach states that he is one of the two fastest on his team. I am so happy I bought this program. It is truly amazing and I would advise anyone who has a child with this syndrome to give it a try and they or their child would not be disappointed.

Two years ago my 12 yr old son developed OSD. Our doctor said the only thing possible was rest and if it didnt get better he might have to quit sports. (If it helps) Anyway I just wanted to thanks all you guys at Core Advance this is my second time with my Kid having OSD first the left and now the right knee the difference between the experience doing the 7 week course and doing what the Doctors told me a year and a half ago here in Dallas Tx is huge not even in the same ball park. So if you are like me 7 weeks ago that I saw the add did a little bit of research and said “what the hell? Nothing else seams to be working” You won’t regret it.
