My 14 year old son had dealt with Osgood for about 18 months before we found this program. He was contemplating quitting some of the sports he loves to play because the pain was too much to deal with. I am so thankful that I found this program for my 13 year old son. As a massage therapist myself I was totally on board with all the rolling strengthening and retraining rather than just stretching which can really put more strain on the damaged muscle attachments. This program was life changing. My son was playing with severe pain due to Osgood Schlatters. We followed the program religiously and little by little he improved and healed. Our 10 year son was eventually diagnosed with Osgoods after struggling with severe knee pain for some time. As a keen sportsperson to be told that nothing could be done and physical activity would need to be limited was devastating to him and as parents we hated seeing him in such pain.
