Stick with it…it’s only 2 months The program was very easy to follow. My son did not in buy at first. I had to stay on him to put in the time each day. He is grateful now. After suffering for 2.5 years my son is finally pain free thanks to the program! Thank you!

I watched my son struggle for years… I watched my son struggle for years with pain in sports. His heart was in it and he gave it his all every time but he just couldnt perform how he wanted because of the pain that he had in his knees. He himself out of frustration found this program online during summer break and came to me and asked if he could get it. We purchased the program and he went through the program faithfully. It wasn't long before he and I both knew that this was going to work. Within a short while he started seeing relief from doing things he couldn't do very much before because of the pain. It was the best purchase I have made for him hands down. Plus what great knowledge we have now to help others. He participates normally now with no pain. He does still have to maintain. When he starts to feel it a bit he just does the maintenance that he needs to and he stays pain free. Thank you so much for this program. It was a life saver.'

The osgood schlatter recovery program… The osgood schlatter recovery program is amazing! My son did it and his knee isn’t painful anymore! He plays football with confidence like he did before osgood happened! I’m so happy I found this program and I can’t thank enough to the people who made it with such amazing results.

Worked….12 year old hockey player This program worked for our 12 year old hockey player. All pain was gone within 2-4 weeks. He resumed all on-ice and off ice activities with no set backs for a 60 plus game season. Foam rolling and quad/hamstring stretches have now become a 2x/day normal part of his training routine. His flexibility has greatly improved and a healthy daily routine has been established. The Orthopedic specialist we went to said all we could do is rest and if pain came back to stop playing. Simply put we are glad we ignored his advise did our own research and gave this program a try.

This program didnt help me I'm sorry but this program didn't help a thing I finished the program it wasn't gone so I kept going with the program for a few weeks later and I just didn't see any progress so then I stopped doing it.'

It seems to have worked for me I recommend this program in fact I have already recommended to friends of mine. I now try to follow this program in various degrees every summer before the hiking season. With the knee the main problem is hiking down rather than up. Last summer after hiking to a glacier the way down was roughly 2000 meters down and I was really afraid the knee would hurt. In fact it didnt and this was just one of the many hikes that I had last summer with 1500 meters of elevation gain. So yes I do recommend this program.'

The program helped his Osgood Schlatters a little. We seeked a top running physio as there were other factors at work too. With the combination of both the program and Physio after about two and a half months he was back running and pain free.

Amazing for my 13 year old son

My 14 yr old is now PAIN FREE !! My 14 yr old was in so much pain his orthopedic doc wanted to immobilize his leg !! I am so thankful we found this program. Within a few weeks he had relief from pain. Almost a year later he continues to maintenance roll and continues to have zero pain. So thankful !!!!
