My daughter started having pain from training for triathlon mainly running part. There are so many free training videos for Osgood on YouTube but I wanted something more constructive program to follow rather than doing random exercises. I just googled and found this program and decided to give it a try. It would be cheaper than taking her to PTs. In the 3rd week she started having less pain and continued to improve. Now she is in the track team and runs daily which I thought would be impossible 3 months ago. Im proud of her sticking with the program daily and very grateful for this program.'

Equipment is always ahead of the game and the environment is always warm and friendly! As someone who has had to rehab multiple big injuries I couldnt recommend Durham and his team any more'

The team have been so amazing and I look forward to coming into the gym every day!
