Core is an elite organisation with such a great culture highly recommended to anyone with athletic goals.

My daughter started having pain from training for triathlon mainly running part. There are so many free training videos for Osgood on YouTube but I wanted something more constructive program to follow rather than doing random exercises. I just googled and found this program and decided to give it a try. It would be cheaper than taking her to PTs. In the 3rd week she started having less pain and continued to improve. Now she is in the track team and runs daily which I thought would be impossible 3 months ago. Im proud of her sticking with the program daily and very grateful for this program.'

If you want to achieve any athletic goals look no further! Fun and knowledgeable trainers looking out for you and working with you to achieve success! Equipment is always ahead of the game and the environment is always warm and friendly! As someone who has had to rehab multiple big injuries I couldnt recommend Durham and his team any more'

The team have been so amazing and I look forward to coming into the gym every day! Where to start…Durham Pat and the team at Core Advantage have been fantastic in their support of my girls who have both had significant sporting injuries requiring orthopaedic interventions. The team are highly skilled and invested in the development of their athletes. The environment is so welcoming and one in which a super sense of community is fostered. My girls have been part of the Core Advatage program for the past four years- benefiting from their tailored strength and conditioning program in addition to tailored prehab and rehab programs.
