My 12 year old son suffers from OSD and was in a lot of pain. He had tried physio but had limited success. The workbook and scheduled exercises really helped though - but it is one of those things where consistency is important. He saw a huge improvement in the first couple of weeks and has a lot of skills to manage it. Weve just finished week 7 and I think he'll have to stick with it a while to get back to where he was and prevent or reduce reoccurrences.'

It really helped with treating my osgood schlatters when nothing else had worked

We are very pleased with how well the program is working for my 13yr old son. As many others say the foam rolling in the beginning was really tough to get through but knee pain decreased significantly almost right away. He was in PT but they werent doing anything that would help lengthen his quads which was the missing piece for him. We are working our way through the program and are optimistic that he will be able to play lacrosse this spring. Thank you so much!!!'

Finally a program that focuses on the issue that focuses on treating this pain. I’m so glad I found it. I only wish I for us it earlier rather than going to PT. I’m an adult and the bump is slowly going down.
